Hey guys I own a 16 570 xmr and love it . However took it on the trails the first time this weekend and when I’m going over agreesiv terrain I hear click g almost like the driveshafts has play in it or the motors fighting with the fro t end. If I snap on the throttle I hear it to. This is only in bouncy conditions. It’s not the shocks. Any insigh5??? Thanks!

i just sold mine (xmr 570)…im thinking of getting a renegade instead…i just wasnt crazy about the atv after only 33hrs…i shouldve done my homework a little more…i like to trail ride, and for me it was just too tall, and unstable…i rolled it once and that was enough…i was just wondering if anyone, honestly, kind of wishes they bought a different machine (renegade, outlander xxc, etc)? it was hard to admit after buying it that i wasnt crazy about it…i tried to like it, but in the end i need something more fitting to my trail riding

Is it normal for the cooling fan to sound like it has a leaf in it?
When I know for sure it doesn’t. Weird sounds drive me nuts.

Any one hear a clicking noise coming from the rear when on pavement? The bike runs and drives fine, muds fine. Never hear any drive line noise or vibrations. Ive checked the cv axles and they are tight. Pulled the fill plug on rear diff and checked all the teath and there goos and u joints on rear drive shaft are tight n good. Im thinking it may be just a little bit of slack thru out the drive line that i hear. It only does it on pavement when turning.

I am swapping out my stock primary for a CVTech on my 2015 XMR 800 and will go ahead and remove/inspect the secondary.

Does anyone know the torque specs for the primary bolt and secondary bolt for my model?

Long story short, bought a 2016 XMR 570 on Dec 23. Dec 27th I told the dealer the front shocks werent filled and I need them to look at them for warranty replacement. He said I could do it all with my first service. Well the bike rode really bad so 2 weeks ago I dropped it off for them to look at it. He calls me that evening saying they felt the same as his other " L " models and he didnt see any file numbers or something from can am stating these bikes were coming with bad front shocks. Im like, it might be the only damn bike without filled front shocks! All that do is bounce on the springs. So he kept it the rest of the week and then tells me still hasnt found anything online or wherever his magical place is he looks, to warranty my shocks. I have the weakest warranty of all, 6mo, which I am ok with. I get it, its an XMR. But its a week old when I tell him about the front shocks. They are not leaking or blown or anything otherwise it sounded like he would have replaced them. Help! lol. what do i do? In about 6-8 mo Id like to upgrade shocks anyway, but the bike is pretty much unridable right now. The front end bottoms out on anything, tires rub, and it just bounces. All front end stuff. back shocks work as they should. Thanks for reading, hope to get some good info!
