Hey guys. Picking up a 2013 1020 gade. Just wondering on what is the best brand for a rad relocate/bumper, and if they will allow me to insert a custom logo on the front screen, and again what company with.
Thanks!!
I have a 2009 Rene 800R X, I traded it in for my
2006 outlander 800.
My old machine didn’t have stretch bolts holding the clutches on. But does my Rene?
I took the clutches off to clean them and grease the one way bearing, after putting hem back on I marked the secondary bolt with a marking to see if it moved at all just incase it was a stretch bolt(didn’t look like a stretch bolt when off ), I revved the bike a bunch than turned it off and the bolt seemed to have moved 1/4-1/2 turn. I tightened it up again and the same thing. I’ve done this multiple times not and its always the same result. I’m going to take it for a longer drive soon and see if it twists off more than 1/4-1/2 turn but if it doesn’t I was just going to go with it. Anyway have any ideas if this is normal? I don’t think it was for my outlander.

I read in a Polaris forum that idling in gear can overheat the CVT belt. Is that the same with Can-Am’s? My Renegade seems totally disengaged at idle and it is obvious and abrupt when it does engage. That makes me think I don’t have to shift to neutral if I want to sit for a minute or two.

I’m in the process of installing stock pistons on my 2007 renegade 800. Which way do the arrows on top of the pistons point? Are they both the same direction?
Ok, ive had enough of taking my daughters renegade apart to clean the radiator, time to relocate it! So my question is who has done this on a rene and which kit did you use.
im not seeing a lot of them listed for the 500, is it safe to assume the ones listed for the 800 are the same?
