DBO 650 clutch kit install

I installed a DBO650 clutch kit on my 2015 650 max XT with stock tires and the Maveric belt. According to the directions I replaced 3 stock arms (every other on) with the 3 arms in the kit and I used the steel weights and the higher engagement spring. Just drove it around the yard and I could wheelie in low very easy and I even could wheelie in high with a pull on the wheel. Today I took it for another little ride around the yard and it seemed to work well in low but there was a little hesitation in high from a stop but then take off with lots of power. Also I marked the primary clutch in 4 places with numbers 1,2,3,4, before I pulled the primary clutch apart. I cleaned the clutch face with Scots bright and brake cleaner and then wiped it with a paper towel. I lost almost all my marks except a little bit of the one marked with a 3. I’m 99.9% sure I installed it the way it came off. Just in case I didn’t what are the risks and what should I look for. Thanks for your help.

Led trail-side lights

Installed some 12volt led stick on light bars inside my fairing. They are a 7" long 1/4" thick 1/2" wide stick on light sold as a "driving light" for cars. Sold on the cheap over seas eBay style sites for about $6 each. They have very tiny little wires and draw next to nothing. I use them for trail stops at night so you can see your feet and your choice of beverage. They are wired direct to power with a simple switch. I need them to operate with the key off. I use a hobby grade Deans Connector for a quick disconnect when I remove the windshield.

Plowing with tracks

I recently bought a set of apache wt tracks for my 09 650 xt. They work awesome and goes through everything. I replaced my battery a year or so ago with a deka xt20 and I am now getting limp mode again with running tracks Plowing. When I had tires for plowing the battery fixed the problem. Now I am getting limp mode again. I have used high and low gear Plowing. And I use a battery maintainer ever time I put the quad away.
So I am debating if I should buy a second deka battery and run a dual battery set up or change it out to a single odyssey? I just have basic accessories just heated grips and considering an led light bar.

Getting a 2012 Outlander XT 1000,… Opinions :)

Well I am without a four wheeler at the moment. I told myself that when/if I get another I would like it to be a 1000cc bike. Had a 07′ 650 Outlander, then a 2010 Outlander XTP 800R, then a 2011 Outlander XT Max 650, and now looking at a 2012 Outlander XT 1000. It has 950 miles on it, no mods at all, easy ridden, no mudding, original owner. He bought a new Can Am side by side. He listed it for $7500, we’re at a point where I can go get it tomorrow for 6400 cash, It also has the $300 Can AM/BRP rear truck mounted, that’s the only addition. Just looking for input on pricing and anything else. I do not need a 1000, just a want. I am 50, and mostly just using it around the house and riding in neighborhood. I’d be driving about 2.5 hours one way to get it.

Strut Shock tension Adjustments

Well i Mounted up the old flex plow to make sure everything is in fine working order for the blast of snow were supposed to get this friday night into saturday in NEPA.
Now on my grizzly I plowed 3 years with out adjusting the front shock tension so its not a big deal that i cant get the to adjust on my 2015 outlander max.
Maybe its me but i jacked up the front of the machine to take then tension off the suspension, sprayed the collars with thrust which is amazing stuff we used a the ford dealership I work at. Also the quad is so clean you could eat off it so its free of debris. I got the collar adjustment tool out of the tool kit they give. The collar will not move at all and its cast so i dont want to end up breaking the thing a week before a snow storm. So i figure ill live with not adjusting them.
You think for paying 11,000 dollars for a machine Can Am would have used threaded tension adjusters not this crappy bump system. Anyone else have this problem. It there any easier way to do this with out destroying the shocks.
