I’ve heard that the yellow Heet is more effective than the red but the methanol tends to dry out seals in your fuel system.
People buying fuel at the pump containing ethanol say that their engines produce less power and the fuel becomes unstable after long term storage. Does the use of Heet in the fuel system contribute to the rapid breakdown of the fuel like ethanol does?
Hi, I own an 2009 Outlander 500XT. Bought it used and never really noticed that the fuel gauge doesn’t work properly. When the atv is first started it always displays 2 bars down from full tank. After a while it seems to go up 1 bar to 1 bar under full tank and stay there the rest of the ride. Anyone know what it could be? Would be nice to know how much gas is left while out on the trails :pi_thumbsup:
Are most of the components on the 1000cc quads built tougher than the components on the 500cc quads? I’m wondering if my 2010 500cc Renegade will be much more reliable than a 2010 1000cc renegade, for example.
Are the drive train components from the transmission to the axles stronger on the 1000’s but the suspension components are the same? These thoughts don’t keep me awake at night but I am curious.
Does anyone have a computer for a quest 650 atv sitting around? I am in need of one in running condition and they are very difficult to get ahold of. Thanks in advance!
Does the 2016 Outlander L 570 XMR use the same brake pads as the regular xmr ? When I go to race drivens site trying to find pads it says they do not carry them for the L model..
It’s only got 6 hours on it. But we are going camping and riding for 3 days on October 9th. Wanted to go ahead and replace them after seeing I had no pads left on my 800 xmr after only 18 hours and 61 miles of use.
