I have been having creeping issues with my 07 sp450…it only does it after its warm I rebuilt the secondary changed belts and it was still happening so I looked and the primary wasn’t fully disengaging when it was warm….I noticed that it was really dirty and had a lot of gunk build up….I cleaned it the best I could without removing as I don’t have a tool to pull it….I used break clean and a rag and lightly oiled a couple of the moving spots…was this good or bad? So far it’s working but I won’t have time on it till next week when I’m off and running trail cams

WorkING on fixing a 2008 sportsman 800 and was wondering if someone could point me in the right direction to fix an interchange list or if anyone knows what will off of a 2000 sportsman 500. Mainly looking at axes, a arm, brake parts including the resavoir, Voltage regulator.

2012 850 touring rear tires are 26 grim reapers but when I jack it up I can wiggle each back wheel like an inch!!
Took the rims off and the main nut is tight with the cotter pin in so what’s worn out or what needs a fixing? All looks tight.

Hey, I’m hoping to get some advice. I’m trying to figure out what’s going on with this atv before tearing everything apart. It starts up fine and will idle but as soon as you give it gas or try shifting out of park it stalls. After it’s been running for 15mins or so it’s just fine. Do you think cleaning and rebuilding the carb will fix this or is there something else I should look at first?

i’m kind of stuck right now, so any suggestions would appreciated. I followed this other thread from a few years ago, how to align the front wheels using string How to set wheel alignment. "Now with pictures!"

but i can’t get the rear wheels to touch the string on the front part of the rim before the string hits the front tire (on both sides). I am the last post on that thread, tried to explain it a little more. beers on me if someone can help me get this done so i can ride this weekend — otherwise i take it to the shop with the bolts already loose and ready to be adjusted, and lose my pride.
