03 pred build….Need some other opinions/ideas

I recently picked up a 03 that needed a 3rd gear. After getting in to it she needed a bit more. So I went with a JE 558 kit pro circuit T4 exsaust and header k@n filter kit dyno jet kit with 175 jet and cut 4 coils off the spring and a Tokyo mods cdi. All that def made some improvements but mehh. When I build something I build it all out and scary stupid fast. So my next mods are guns be web racing cams and ship my head and crank to C an S racing to have port polish 5 angle valve job with the +1 valves and ship my crank to have the hot knife light weight stroker kit built and light weight flywheel. Also going to get a bad ass racing clutch and baskit, just haven’t decided who yet. So question is…. Is there anything I’m missing or could do different to get more power. I want this thing stupid fast and scary. I just got another 03 chasie with no motor I’m going to stick a gsxr 750 motor in it with existed arm to run at the track. Might add a turbo if I can’t break 9 sec. But I want to build a scary ass pres with the stock motor.

Polaris 570 Needs more fuel after snorkel install

Okay hers my situation. I put my polaris 570 in the drink and blew it up, so I installed a 630 big bore kit ,,, it worked awsome and as it should

a few weeks ago, I mab up a semi stealth snorkel for it, and now me, and my buddy have came to the mutual agree ment that when its topped out it feels like it could use a bit more fuel, bike would do 115km with the 630 bb before snorkel,,, and now it goes about 108 ish

so my question is. do you think the snorkel kit, (which deffently has more air flow) is making the engine run lean and want more fuel. An if so, can i tune it up or do i have to buy an optimizer, and if thats the case any recomidations on the optimizer

Clutch Kit for my 2014 Sportsman 400

Just ordered a QSC clutch kit from RVS Performance today, called Ryan twice sent a couple emails and he was really helpful even though I could tell he was really busy. (Super nice guy). Im excited to get it and get it installed, does anyone have any experience with a clutch kit on a Sportsman 400? Just curious what to expect.

Triangle Snorkel Install Help!

I have been installing my triangle snorkel and following the video instructions. But now I’ve got 25 minutes through the video and it crashes every time i try to go past 25 minutes. I’ve tried other software and other computers and it still crashes.

I can’t get anyone at Triangle by phone, or leave a message because their phone doesn’t have an option for a message. Also can’t e-mail them since they don’t have an e-mail listed…. I’ve contacted HighLifter but will have to wait to hear back….

Has anyone uploaded the dvd instruction video? I know Triangle doesn’t want anyone to do this…

Clutch Spring Rates for 2013 850XP

Is there a chart on here that shows spring rates for Primary and Secondary Clutch Springs from EPI, QSC, Dalton, ect…? Mudinmyblood has great charts for helping to tailor tune clutching for Kawasaki’s and it was a huge help in setting up my Brute Force and my Prairie. I want to clutch my Polaris but all everyone says is "buy this kit" or "that kit." Does a 2013 850 XP require weight changes? Can a guy just buy a spring kit? Why the heck don’t any of these "Kits" have a contents to them? They just say tire size and price. I bought a kit from EPI for my Brute Force based on tire size and it was a pile of crap for what I wanted it to actually do. After playing and researching I found that all I had needed was springs and my Kawis are now awesome.
