Exhaust done, new rear bumper after her first roll,clutch kit next then rubber/rims to follow

Today I was on a ride and a noise clearly coming from the clutch went from bad to worse quickly. Limped home and tore it apart to find clutch sheave shredded and belt missing teeth. I can see those parts need replaced but what about this plastic piece that presumably holds the inner sheave in place…or does it? Guess I’m not sure how it’s supposed to look but it’s clearly ground down. Does that matter? Thoughts? Thanks.

hello all i am debating on whether to change the clutch pack or not, i measured the groove depth it is only a 1/32" deep i don’t know if i should replace now or?? any thoughts! Can you just replace the pads or do you have to buy the whole deal. thanks and does any know where to get a service manual

07 rancher fuel injection, how do you check fuel pressure? if i remove the line from the injector im getting gas not sure if its enough… the ATV starts runs a second and dies also dies when any throttle is applied

Nothing here for years but E85. Been using it for years with marine grade

blue Stabil. no problems. I now have available Ethanol free gas for a few cents more
per gallon. dont care about the cost. Used in 2 lawn mowers, 2 atvs,weed

wackers chain saws etc.

Should I use Stable in Ethanol free gas ?

I grew up driving a 1991 Honda FourTrax 300 4×4. I was I loved that four wheeler but was involved in a accident that totaled it out. After years of wanting to buy my bosses that was identical to mine he finally let me have it for $200. He said it wouldn’t start but it’s always ran and started fine for me. But I got a few questions about it.

1. It needs new rear tires (Fronts are new replaced by my boss) Should the tread pattern be the same as the front tires being its a 4×4? I know the fronts need to be 1" smaller from the rears and they are.

2. The muffler is cracked and quite loud but it’s the rattle that bothers me more than the loudness. Do they make an aftermarket muffler that I could just weld onto the exhaust pipe?

3. The front right side cv axle boot is ripped and the wheel wobbles from side to side when driving. Any insight on where to find replacement parts other than my local Honda dealer?

I’ve been spinning the nuts but not making any progress and then I noticed the bolts have allen wrench sockets. Do I need to secure the bolt with an allen wrench while wrenching the nut off?

I was hoping to remove the sway bar without removing the wheels but it looks like that isn’t possible. Are there any tips for this? I should get the service manual. This is for a 2016 Grizzly.
