Grizzly 600 headlights an light bar

the old headlights barley worked and you couldn’t see anything with them so I ripped them out of the headlight buckets and took some pods I had and stuffed them in there and I must say they are bright.ive got both them and the 24 inch hooked to my headlight switch and there bright lol. I also stuck a glass pack on for the hell of it cause the old muffler was junk anyway. It really isn’t to loud it sounds good to

03 Rancher right trie leans inwards on top to bottom

hi guys I bought a 03 rancher for 400 bucks which was a steal it has a few issues nothing back like bald tires and I think it needs the carb adjusted cause it putters little in neutral. Today I got some new tires for it and I noticed the front right hand tires leans inwards as the left hand is straight. I’m not sure whats causing it or how to fix it any ideas? below is what my tires is doing

this is how they should look each line represents a front tire.

front’s normal —-> | | but mine look like this ——> / |

its leaning the way the slash is on the digram

John Deere 500 buck shift/acceleration problems.

I recently purchased a 500 buck auto shift on an online auction. From what I understand they are essentially a traxter with JD garb. The machine is fairly clean and doesent look to have been abused. It starts and idles fine however it won’t shift out of first and tends to bog down when trying to accelerate it. Now I researched some past forums on buck shifting issues and first thing people seem to replace is the GBPS. I just replaced that and it solved nothing. Now I should mention the first day I had the machine it shifted and accelerated ok on manual but autoshift hardly worked at all. Also the tach was dead from the get go and does not register rpm and the hours are stuck in one spot. The other indicator lights on the tack funtion as they should though. Now my main question is would replacing the tach possibly solve these shifting issues or some other sensor on the machine? I’ve also read elsewhere that replacing the TPS sensor may help. Is this on the carburater? And how do you calibrate a buck? There’s no plug in I could see for a jumper wire like on the traxter. This is a decent looking machine with excellent compression and can hardly believe it to be a mechanical problem. Would really appreciate any input from anyone with experience repairing these.

electrical issue

MY 04 Polaris 330 is having trouble starting. I have to hook the battery to my car with jumpers. It will immediately start but within a few seconds of disconnecting it from the truck, it turns off. I assume the battery is bad but what else could have killed the battery? Magneto?

Removing gates primary help

I’ve loosened the bolt that holds the outer primary on and smacked it a few times with a hard rubber hammer to try and get it to pop loose and nothing.. I have the clutch puller but isn’t that tool just for the inner half?

2000 Grizzly 600 Fuse Problem

20 amp Fuse blown, I get a click at the starter relay. Replace the fuse and I get nothing. What can be the problem? I took the quad to a Yamaha shop and they said they fixed it but I have internal engine problems. I replaced the cylinder & piston. Hooked everything back up and blowing the fuse again. Relay "buzzed". Replaced fuse and nothing. Frustrated and need advice. Thanks, Chris
