The past few days I’ve been working on some projects for my brother in laws new sportsman 570 touring and I figured I’d share for everyone to see, possibly give some ideas to those that can benefit.
I’ve made three of the dune flag mounts now, one for my 570, a buddies and now my brother in laws. I’ve used mine time and time again. Sure beats the hole in the corner of the plastic rack (that would snap off the first time using it) lol. And this is my second hitch I’ve made but the first one this style, it has a 5/8 hole for a yard cart pin, 7/8 hole for ball hitch (which should have been 3/4) and a chain link I cut in half for a loop for a shackle or a chain or whatever. Anyways enjoy.
Hi all. I’ve been riding dirt bikes and street bikes forever but I just purchased a 2002 600 twin yesterday. Seemingly low hours 188. Not overly familiar with the whole sport but bought the quad mainly for hunting and sight seeing.
I could use some help in learning about interchangeable parts, plastics etc. Looking forward to learning about my new hobby
Tried starting up my 05 BB this morning after about a month of sitting. Wouldn’t, so i jumped it off with my truck. Ran fine and I let it run for about 15min. Turned it off and tried to start it without the jump and I got nothing. Shouldn’t it have charged by running? Does this mean I need a new battery, or should I have actually given it gas and rode it around? Thanks
I am looking for the front fender section to a ds 90 2016. All the places I have looked want $360 for a piece of molded plastic. Anyone know of any place that may have it cheaper? Thanks!
My sons ds 90 went into the ditch and flipped over in six inches of water. Was that way for ten minutes. The electric start button was under water and now does not work..took it apart and did not see anything unusual. I checked what I believe to be the fuse and visually it looked fine but have not checked it with a multimeter. Any suggestions?

Long story short, I have an aftermarket pipe on the way and the quad has sat for years. Took the carb off to dip/clean the Jets and passages out. I’m trying to identify this thing so I can order jets if I need to. I know it’s a vm round slide but I can’t seem to match any numbers to info on the internet. Any info will be appreciated.

Ok I’m looking to get the most top end out of my wheller but I am not sure what size sprocket to put on the front and rear. The machine has stock sprockets now and does about 55 now but maxes out in 5th gear very quickly and the motor is just screaming. So if anyone has any ideas on what sprockets I need to get more top end I would really appreciate the information.
