I have a 2006 660 grizzly and today when i was out for a run the 4×4 wouldn’t engage and no display indicator in the digital display. After a while googling the issue i see that others have had issues with the SERVO on the front diff. Theres no sound from the servo motor due to the 3A fuse under the seat blowing, i installed a 10A fuse just to check if the servo was working and it was working perfect. I then noticed there was a wire ground out on the A Arm coming from the connector from the servo, repaired it and issue still same. Switch on handle bar working fine also.Could it possibly still be the servo even though it engages with the 10 amp fuse fine? Any Ideas? Thanks

2014 sportsman 850 i am looking for anyone has the pieces that go in the front diff that the axles spline into. My pieces have deep seal groves and i have hard time keeping it front from leaking i have replaced seals 2 times. i can not see paying polaris $600 dollars for these. so if anyone has a parts diff and can spare these pieces that do not have any grooves in them then please message me asap

So I was looking to buy an 850 xp that is gray color it has 5,000 miles and 492 hours. The dealer wants 5,500 dollars for it. Is that to much money and is that a lot of hours on an ATV? Does that ATV have a lot of life left in it? It was owned by a 60 year old guy who did great maintenance and there are very little scratches on the body and nothing damaged.

Is that a good buy or to much money i am a bit worried with the hours, and miles.

So I am attempting to remove a starter asembly from a 2004 Honda Foreman 450FEA. I have removed the cover, the two mounting screws and the electrical connection. I was able to slide the starter out approximately half an inch before it stopped. I tried prying a little between the starter and engine housing but no go. My fear is something inside is screwed up. Has anyone else had a problem such as this? Any help would appreciated.

ok has anyone installed a rear winch in the storage compartment area and I was wondering what key areas need to be braced and welded to prevent any kind of failure. And possibly does anyone make a kit to brace up the frame

Good morning I have a 07 sportsman 450 in the shop and it looses spark after running for about 5 minutes then dies. Check for spark and I have none if you let it sit over night it might start but as of quitting time Friday it had nothing battery is brand new and fully charged put a new trigger coil in it started and ran then it died again same thing no spark put a new logic box in it still nothing changed the CDI box still no spark I have gone through and cleaned all the grounds ohmed the trigger coil just to make sure I didn’t get a bad one I ohmed the stator and I get .3ohms and the book calls for 0.43 but not sure if that’s and issue or not I am stuck not sure what to do now I’m at a loss.Does the speedo unit have anything to do with it ? Any help would be greatly appreciated also before I forget it is carburetor
