I have a 2015 renegade 1000 xxc i recently put a hmf swamp series slip on and 3.5 gen hmf fuel optimizer with the base tune and im getting a pop or kind of miss fire/ hiccupe when first letting off throttle. has anyone else had this problem or know whats causing it thanks

I have a 2015 XMR 800 outty and been having issues with the key. It doesnt always want to read key and recently not start right up once cluster turns on. Yesterday i pulled it out garage to do some stuff and went to put back in and the cluster wouldnt come on at all and had push it in garage. I wiggled wires a bit on back side of switch and started working. Do you guys think it is a key issue or switch issue? anyway to check this and has anyone else had this issue?

Just purchase first Can-Am. 7/7/16 Purchased 2007 Can-Am Outlander 500 Max H.O. EFI XT model. Wheeler has 192 hours and 2,396 miles on it. Great shape lots of bells and whistles on XT. We own two Honda Ranchers so this is the first Can-Am for us. Owned many Hondas before.

I have a 2007 sportsman 500 that all of a sudden quit running. I was told that one of the kids put gas in it from a random can, supposedly smelled and looked like gas, and shortly after that it quit running all together. I drained the gas from the tank and put new gas in with some seafoam and still no fire. I checked the spark and its good. I could get it to fire if I sprayed starter fluid in the air box but it only runs for a second or two before dying again. I took the throttle body apart and cleaned it out with carb cleaner and still the same scenario. I took the fuel filter off and it pours out both ends so I don’t think there is a clog there. I took the fuel hose off the fuel rail to the injector and when I hit the start button gas comes out so I "assume" that the fuel pump is ok. More of a carb guy than fuel injection and throttle body so I am kind of at a loss. Can someone please give me an idea or at least a direction to go in. Thanks

I am approaching an oil change and want to upgrade my final drive and diff drain plugs to the gold magnet plugs. One question…. I see they make one for the engine also. Is this really needed considering there is an oil filter on the engine? What kind of setups do some of you run?

Just put new gas tank and spark plugs,fuel filter and exhaust gasket on muffler. When i keep it around 15mph it acts like its not getting enough gas and bogs down just curious what it could be. Any help would be greatly appreciated…

Hello everyone, Im new here as my wife and I have just purchased our first ATV’s. We have a 02 Sportsman 400 and a 06 sportsman 450.
my question is the 02 has a small fuel leak at the fitting under the tank, I did a search and also looked in the service manual. Is the fitting just threaded into the tank? Can i just unscrew the fitting and reseal it? Is it just a pipe thread?
Any help would be great.

I have a 2000 335 sportsmen. Carburetor was giving me trouble and decided rather then rebuilding it, I bought a new one installed it. Machine starts right up and idles fine, but as soon as I try to open it up the engine will die. Also notice gas dripping out of small hose on bottom of carburetor. Engine starts right up again but will not run when given throttle. Thought maybe float adjustment was needed but not sure. Also I only see one adjustment screw on it and right now is set at 11/2 turns. anybody have any suggestions
