Anyone know where to get the black side panels?
Won’t run fast ….
All I can get is 55mph ….6100 rpm …… all morning long on the road 85-89mph like normal, on the ride back in on the same roads 55mph 6100 RPMs all it had ….. in park wide open rev limit at 7500 as it should…… what’s wrong?
going into reverse?
While travling down the trail in high gear the reverse light comes on and the engine bogs. Once the engine slows the light goes out and the engine picks up again. This does not happen in low gear.
Does anyone have any ideas on where to start to look for a solution?

Scrambler 850 stuck throttle check engine light
When I start my scrambler, sometimes it gives the stuck throttle code and throws the check engine light on. Code is 520194-7. I’ve never had it do this before, but now it seems to be doing it more and more lately. I recently changed the throttle housing because my thumb throttle got hit by a rock and broke off. Then parked the quad for a few months and the first ride it did it once, next ride a couple more times then the last ride it was doing it the entire way home any time it would engine break, the motor would cut out and the check engine light would come on. If I hit the throttle twice it goes away. I took it apart and checked the play in the throttle and cleaned the contacts in the sensor inside the throttle as well as opened the throttle body and sprayed some carb cleaner in it. The throttle didn’t appear to be sticking at all when I tested it. The problem is that it’s so hard to test if it’s fixed because sometimes it doesn’t do it until 45 min into the ride. Any other suggestions of what I can replace or check to just get it fixed so I don’t have to deal with this every ride. And no I don’t just want to bypass the switch. I want it fixed, not rigged up.
2007 Grixxly 350 4×4 high idle
When I got this Grizzly the choke lever was missing. Ordered a new one and hooked up the choke cable to the new choke lever? I think the previous owner dialed up the idle speed to account for the broken / missing choke. Thing is idling like crazy now that I hooked up the cable and it is not hanging free. is the idle control screw under the gas tank? Looking for how to adjust. Thanks
What can cause throttle surge 350 4×4 Rancher ES
I have a 2005 Honda 350 Rancher ES that won’t run correctly.
I have replaced a bad carb with a new one, and it ran fine. Then I had someone use it and told me that it was not firing up again after running, and then he upped the rpms. I was getting fuel in the airbox due, I think, a bad float. Carb had been pulled and cleaned and I only used it a couple of times after that.
I changed the plug (which was the original), and it fires right up. I readjusted the idle speed. Idles fine, but I noticed that when I attached the hose to the airbox from the engine, all of a sudden i was getting throttle surge, idles fine.
I took the line loose, still getting throttle surge, removed the air cleaner, throttle surge.
Can a plug cause this if it isn’t exact on the gap?
Please help, I can’t afford to take it to a shop.
