When going down hill and using the rear brake it makes a ratcheting sound like some gears are trying to engage. It doesn’t do it with when using only the front brake. My neighbor has a Rincon too and it does the same thing. Is this normal?
Does anyone know the difference between these two trailers One is a Yutrax, the other a Titan? Any suggestions for a trailer based on your own experience? Thanks!
Hi again, thanks to Melatv advice my shift motor problem is solved. I have another question. I want to change the rear gear oil in my 2007 honda rancher trx420te. I bought the correct oil.The service manual say’s to replace the sealing washer on the check bolt, O-ring on the filler cap, and the 3 bolts on the skid plate. Are all these bolts necessary to replace just to change the oil? Thank you again for all your help.
I changed the timing chain, and was "I thought" very careful to get the marks on the cam gear aligned perfectly with the the timing marks on the crank, by the book. When I put it together it ran fine, but seemed down on power, and it would not take all of the gas. If you held the throttle wide open it would surge up and down instead of taking the gas. I suppose it is a stupid mistake, but I share this so that the next guy does not do the same thing. I set the crank marker arrow dead between the two little marks on the crank, on the left side cover, but that was WRONG. I was suppose to set the crank arrow on the T-Mark, just beyond the double lines. Once I corrected this little problem she runs like a champ, back to spinning the rear tires. WHOO HOO!
Not sure if I have this in the right section or not. I picked up this machine cheap. Went to rebuild the carb and the tip of the mixture screw is stuck in the carb. I can’t get it out. I can’t find a used carb or a new one because they are not available anymore. I can’t find an aftermarket carb either. Can someone help me?
The last ride was a wet one and now when I push the toggle In or Out, all I hear is a single click. I hate electrical so I am just looking for a spot to start troubleshooting. TIA
I’m looking to buy an OEM style rocker switch, similar to the ones used for heated grips. I’m adding a LED light bar and I don’t like the switch that came with the light. The Mic Tuning switches look good but feel it is a little to large for my application. I’m adding it to a 2011 sportsman 850 with the LCD display.
