Looking for the proper trailer to two 2 ’16 foreman 500s

I am new to the forums, what brings me here is I am a new foreman owner, I just picked up a 16′ deluxe model. I am going to get my lady one too, in a few months. I’m going to go ahead and buy a trailer that holds two. So what I’ve been looking at the Northstar Unistar ATV Trailer Kit its 6 x 9 3/4′, but i think its too small the other one i was looking at is a Northstar Sportstar II 9′ x 6 1/2′ which says it holds two but im also thinking it still might be too small.

in tank filter replacemen with insert / carb float

the carb had a drip from the bottom vent tube. since i ‘ve had 2 different rebuild kits, one from the shop that duzzzz partial work, one i got when i redid their work,.. can a float that does not leak air, from an under water test, still need replacement?{on my 2000}. also, there might have been a speck of dirt where the seat is, whitish, causing the problem.
the shut off on gas tank is also not shutting off. it’s old also. it was working. i might have put a chemical through it, and made it’s demise. {if it works leave it alone} there could have been dirt in there. flow still works. the screen was also flaking this time, i took off the petcock. i got a new screen, before i realized it will be with the new petcock i get, when i finally some extra money. i have to get a temporary shut off for a while.
new filter has a rubber insert, i believe it goes at the segment in the filter that is the in between of, on and reserve. the old filter was hard to get out. pressed maybe. the new one is hard to get in. i cant use my fingers anyway. is there a trick to getting the filter to seat? //ED

valve cover bolt stripped…

Went to go to replace my cam with a stage 1 hotcam and noticed one of the long valve cover bolts on the right side is stripped out as in no threads at all in the back right side cylinder. Would that cause my bike to suck air in? Reason I ask is after tearing into my 400ex I noticed it has a 11:1 86mm wiseco piston and seems to have an aftermarket cam cause it doesn’t have the decompression mechanism and my buddy who has a stock 07 400ex blows by me at top speed. Has anyone helicoiled those bolts and worked? Or is it necessary to fix it since the 4 head bolts hold the head down. Thanks

Sportsman and Scrambler fox shocks vs elka

I’m in the market for a sportsman/scrambler 850/1000. I really haven’t narrowed it down because I’m not sure which riding I’ll do more of. From what I’ve read the scrambler and sportsman XP/le are mechanically identical so I’m cross shopping for the moment. What I’d like to know is how do the fox shocks compare to the elka stage 2 or 3? Every powersports toy I ride is done aggressively. I upgraded suspension on my snowmobile to high/low comp and rebound, and my motorcycle was rebuilt forks and aftermarket shock with comp/rebound and while no professional, I appreciate and utilize good performing shocks.

Hello from Texas

I have a 2002 Trailblazer 250 that has been down for many years. I have it being repaired at this time but wanted to see what repair manual I should get in case it needs further repairs that I may be able to do myself later. I have already downloaded the owners manual.

When I get it back in a week or two from repair, is there anything I need to know about this model ATV. I have never ridden this particular ATV, so any thoughts that you may have would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
