Whats going on. New to atvs. Have always rode my friends but it was time for my own. I purchased a 08 outlaw 525s. I love the quad. Ive noticed the rear caliper has some serious movement in it. Almost like its on a slide. I was told its normal so the caliper can move with the rear and what not. Thats totally believable i just was wondering if anyone who has this model or another atv that has a setup like this and if its all good. Thanks in advance guys

I got an old Kodiak 400 that’s sat for a long time because it wasn’t charging. I got it up and running a little while ago but I didn’t get a chance to take it for a spin until today. There’s a quite noticeable up and down motion or wobble coming from the rear end. This wasn’t there before. I have Mud-lite A/T’s for tire, they’re a softer side wall bias tire. Could they simply be out of from sitting for so long in one position? Anyone every have this happen to them?
Just introducing myself. I’m a long time rider and recently purchased a 2016 Outlander 570xt for my wife. I have thrown my leg over it a few times and love it. She is a very happy camper.
Does anybody in here have any links to a video of removing the rear (final) drive shaft on 2016 Honda Rancher. I tore the cv boot on the rear drive shaft and would like to replace it myself. Probably will happen again !
Ok I need help!
I have a 2006 660 grizzly it was back firing and bogs down when throttle is pressed and back fires. Added oil and run great for 5 minutes and is back to bogging down
Carb is clean and it’s getting a spark.
Could the programmer be making it do this?
anyone have any tips on where to start.. i was riding my four wheeler and it just shut off completely.. i thought i blew it up but has oil, is getting compression so it’s not and it’s only getting spark every once in a while. it was a brand new plug but got a new one anyways and it did the same thing. tried a new ignition coil and again nothing… it’s turning over but won’t start, and suggestions?
1.Since I’ve had the thing it has poured blue smoke that smells like gas from crankcase vent when it gets warmed up.
2.I cut down some branches and pulled them away as soon as I done that it started running like crap it would run fine cold but the hotter it got the worse it got. Crank it up and from idle hit the gas when it is cold it revs up fine, when hot if you hit the gas from idle it chokes down if your riding it it bogs as soon as you hit the next gear but let off of it it will stay running. Cleaned carbs twice and cleaned filter and checked oil
