I was trying to change my pads on my bike and I ran into a problem. I pushed the pistons all the way on and put the pads in. I was able to put the top of the caliper on but when I tried to slide the bottom on its hitting a little tab on the caliper…any tips?

Just picked it up Wednesday, just put the 28" Zillas on today and loaded up going to the lake bottom in the morning to break it in

Does anyone make a package that contains all the oil and filters required for the first 25 hour service on a Sportsman 850 SP? I know I used to be able to buy oil and filter packages for my RZR back in the day but I havent found anything that includes diff and tranny oils. I would prefer to support a real shop and not just buy ebay oils.

I have a 2004 traxter max xt that starts, runs and shifts fine. It stalls sometimes after extended full throttle operation in 5th gear. Wait 10 minutes, and away I go. New choke cable, carb serviced. Usually happens when ascending or decending a hill. HELP and thanks:aniwheeler6:

The cable from the starter on my 94 TRX300FW goes directly to the relay post?

My machine is in need of some new tires. I have been reading on the forums that ITP Evo’s run a bit small. They do have good reviews. I know there are differences in how to measure. Is anyone running 28’s Evo’s on standard stock Outlander? Interested if they are rubbing, loss of power, trimming plastics, puck lift, etc. Would also like to know if anyone is running the 27’s with same concerns. Also, any thoughts on satisfaction or dissatisfaction with the tire. Thanks in advance.

Having trouble replacing the low beam headlamps on fore mentioned,
2000 6×6. No marking on bulbs themselves and plastic circular mount has unreadable markings. Owners manual no help. Napa no help.

I found this brush guard online and they claim it will only fit on a 2011 or newer but I’ve talked to some people that claim it will fit on the older sportsmans. Mine is an 07 Sportsman 800 and the glove box and ass end where the bumper goes look identical in the picture. Just wanted to see if anybody on here has used this bumper on a pre 2011 Sportsman before I order it. Thanks in advance for any info.
