Just got a new 2016 Sportsmen 570 SP. After riding a few times noticed the power steering slowly stops working in 4 wheel drive after you turn it a few times.
Took it to dealer and they have never seen this before. They contacted Polaris and were told this is just an issue with 570 models and buyer(me) just needs to get use to it.
Anyone else seen this?
Seem like a bogus answer when most of the time you need power steering is when you are in a bind in 4 wheel drive and it’s hard to turn the handlebars.
I had broke my front fascia a while ago on my 2014 and have been pushing it off. I finally started the process of replacing it and man is it a project. I have to take practically the entire front end off to replace it.
Has anyone replaced theirs? and tricks to help along the way.
I have a 2016 Sportsman 570 EBS. Is there any way i can fit a 30-9-14 up front and a 30-11-14 in back? What all would i need to make this setup work? :nixweiss::feedback:

Does anyone have any experience with the EJK fuel controller? I got a great deal on one recently for my 2016 700, which is stock at the moment. Unfortunately, the only settings given for the EJK are for stage 1 modifications.
There seems to be a fair amount of info out there for the EHS bullet box, but not much for the EJK. They appear to be the same thing, but I’m not sure if all of the adjustments are the same. Anyone have any insight on this? Thanks!

I know this has been covered a few times already. Just want a fresh discussion as the threads I’ve read never seem to get resolved.
Ok so this bike has done 22,000 hours. I’ve got it up on jack stands and when in H or L all four wheels spin when 2WD selected. If I select 4WD, the digital dash shows 4WD mode. I also hear the servo motor make a noise. And of course all four wheels spin.
When I select diff lock, nothing happens. No light on the dash. And no noise from the servo.
Turn diff lock off, no noise is heard from the servo no lights etc.
Switch from 4WD to 2WD, the dash changes and I hear the servo motor.
I am yet to confirm continuity of the diff lock switch. I’ll do that first up. But the fact I can hear the servo motor when I switch between 2WD and 4WD and back to 2WD but all four wheels keep spinning.
Where should I look first? Pull the servo motor out of the diff? Could it be needing to be re-timed?
