416 jetting help

I have a 2002 400ex with a 416 kit in it all bran new 11.1 Wiesco piston , jug , heavy duty head studs new valves stage 2 hot cam and a full race core Curtis sparks exhaust as well as no air box, velocity intake pipe to a K&n air filter not sure what rev box yet but I am wondering what jets I should run?so if you can let me know what jets you are thinking that will work well with my set up also I live in New York about an hour and a half north of New York City, not sure where to start with the jets, some people are saying a 175-185 with 42-45 main so just wanna know if any one has some insite or experience with this, Thanks guys

SantiMans 570 Build

Hello. Here is my 570 and we will progress thru the build together as I get the upgraded/added parts.

Before Mods

First thing I added was a Snorkel kit from SnorkelYourAtv. Out of all the options out there I really liked the new drilling in the airbox aspect this kit offered. I used more silicon then they instructed also really dig the risers vs the usuall plumbing pvc types.

Hard to tell in these images but I drilled the holes a tad to close to each other and the risers touch awkwardly. 131 dollar mistake I will correct by getting a new front storage lid for redrilling(next year).

Installing KFI Winch this weekend and A Arm armor by Ricochet. More pics to come.

Safety gear? What do you use? (Helmet and stuff)

I’m no spring chicken and my 7 year old son is just starting to quad.
This has me thinking about the safety of it all. I’ve read about plenty of bad injuries and deaths to really want to start off my son on the right foot.

For sure the first thing in safety is how to ride but there’s always the possibility of something unexpected happening.

I’ve always wore a good helmet while riding but not much more.
Now i’m looking at chest protectors, boots and pretty much full motocross gear.

I mostly ride big mountain trails, most are pretty easy but we come into sketchy stuff now and then and I ride with a bunch of nut bags on dirt bikes…lol( At my own pace though)

What does everyone else wear? I see guys in t-shirts and backwards hats riding… No thanks, To me there’s way to much to risk…

New here, first ATV

Hey guys Santiman here. Just picked up my first atv about a month ago. My friend rides a 2013 sports 850 xp and talked me into buying a 2016 Sportsman 570 for my first quad.

Here it is.

Very very addicted. My friend has 40 acres to play on. Few trail like areas and a good spring/mudspot. I’m trying to get out there atleast every other weekend. In between I watch alot of Ostacruiser videos (prefer them since he doesnt add music to the videos and you can hear the machines). Photo is on a creek bank he has running through his land.

Installed a few items since I bought it but I will create a build page for it since it will be in phases.
