HD10 DPS Top and mirror recommendations?

Hey Gang…newbie here. Our 2016 HD10 DPS will be arriving in 2-3 weeks. It is gonna get used mostly on road around the ‘hood. I need to get some mirrors a top and a cover and don’t want to pay the HIGH prices I have seen for this stuff. Any recommendations you guys might give about where and what to buy will be really appreciated….Thanks!

Tire size and brand of tire??

I have a 2016 570 sp. Stock 26×14 on it now. I want to upgrade to an aggressive tire. What’s the biggest size I can go without mods? And what is a good trail/mud tire yall run? Was thinking outlaw mst or black momba lites? Any luck with mega mayhem? And ideas or reviews would be appreciated

DS 650 Baja X – Red light on dim

Really hope someone can give me some advise on this issue.

My DS650 got a bit of rain for 2 days and was also travelling with it on a trailer during a thunderstorm for a few hours, got it real wet.

After about a month when i wanted to run it a little the red light stayed on after starting. I did the following so far:

– Checked oil levels which is fine
– Checked water levels fine
– Removed oil filter and cranked starter which let oil out meaning pump works
– Checked oil container and oil clearly pumps
– I then removed and replaced the oil pressure switch which seem to be problem if it gets wet.

This is where the problem starts. Now if i turn key for electronics to come on the light goes on red normally, but when i start the bike the red light goes to very dim light. I have to cup my hands in order to see it, but it is still on, even though dim.

I’ve tried to check the wiring at the dash, and cleaned them out made no difference.

Does anybody have an idea to help me with this?

One last thing that i might mention is that the new pressure switch i put in, looks slightly different than the one the bike came with as i cannot find an exact part in South Africa, but it’s the same thread and bar than the bombardier one (0.30 bar)

Spring spacer for plow use vs. heavier spring

Hello and glad to be here, I have a 2016 570 touring eps and was wondering if the spring spacers for the front would even make a notable difference when using a plow. Obviously, the front end dips when lifting the plow, but will the spacer (even with two per side) really be worth the purchase on a new machine? I see that Polaris advertises the lighter spring rate now to improve ride, so should the obvious be to go with the stiffer spring, or just let it go and use the stock springs for all they’re worth till later? :unitedstates:

More Steering/ Driving Problems

2 weeks ago, the front bolt snapped off my left A-arm on my ’03 Sportsman. Drove it less than 300 yards (up a small hill to my yard, and parked alongside my garage). The old bushing/ sleeve didn’t want to come apart, so I bought a new one. Installed part, and did an alignment—though I’m not certain it’s 100% correct yet. Steering doesn’t seem right, and a bit of a clicky/ grindy sort of noise coming from the front. I’ve also noticed the front left driveshaft outside boot wants to twist on the shaft. Does this help anyone help me? Did I tear up the bearings by driving it? I don’t do a lot of trail riding, it’s main job is pushing snow in the winter., which is coming up fast. Thanks for any help.
