I have on 08 Outlander 800XT Are there any free mods you can do to these?
I know in the past it almost doesnt matter what you drive. There is always free mods you can do either for performance or longevity of the machine.
I had a Honda XR250 With several free mods you could do like the biggest thing was the header there was a huge weld bead inside the chocked down the exhaust. You grind that down a little (free) and way better throttle response.
Thanks looking forward to see what all is out there.

Here is my new 2017 Grizz 700 eps with Camoplast tracks…amazing machine. This is unstoppable in snow, lots of fun using it for ice fishing and hunting coyotes. If youve ever thought about getting tracks they certainly are worth the money.

Well guys after 2 Grizzlys (660,700) since 2002 , I’ve decided I cant wait for Yamaha to get off their asses and bring to market a twin cyl in the70-80 hp range. Tired of new decals and colour changes. As usually Yamaha last one at the table and wont listen to their customers.
Just dropped a deposit on a 2017 Polaris Xp 1000 (90Hp) in Matte Copper.
Will be selling the 843. Tired of all the breakdowns over the years and time to drive something under warranty and let someone else fix it when it breaks.
Thanks to everyone on this forum that has helped me over the years and I will pop in soon and give my thoughts on my new ride.

I have a 2017 Grizz 700 w/ Camoplast tracks and am doing my first oil change. I ride in some extreme cold…temps of -30 at times. Will Amsoil Power Sports SAE 0w-40 be what I want for my engine oil and Amsoil Synthetic Gear Lube SAE 75W-90 be good in the diffs? Ive found I get some rough starts in the cold with the current Yamalube stuff or whatever they put in from Factory.

New forum user… Deciding between a 16 Kodiak and a 16 Grizzly. Just curious, how important/helpful is the eps system on the Grizzly. Asking mainly because I might be too big for the Kodiak. I’m overseas and wont be able to sit on each model to find out for a couple weeks. If in fact I’m not fitting well on the Kodiak, the Grizzly is my choice. Just wondering if EPS is worth the 1k addition to the price since i’ll already be paying more for the Grizzly. 6’5 rider @ 235 lbs
