Bought this new on June 11 2016. About 30 minutes of riding and i notice a fuel smell, stop the bike and notice fuel dripping from the vent tube. bikes not over full or being ridden crazy so i take it to the dealer. After two weeks of dodging me they finally tell me they have a fuel tank ordered and the other one on the showroom floor does the same thing. I call Polaris and get their input and they say the tank hasn’t been updated or anything. So how is this going to help anything?!?!?!?
Anyone else had any issues with their 110s?

Reading a lot about the shims but there is so much info mainly for larger tires so I figured it would be easier to ask the pros here about a stock machine.
I am just looking for a little more low end on my stock 2016 grizz, which shim would you recommend? And would you have a part number.

HERE I GO AGAIN!
Every 2 years(or less) its battery time for one or both my wheelers.
This time its my 2005 Sportsman 800. Ive done everything it seems to keep a battery alive, trickle charge, disconnects, tenders, minders and bartenders.
Today in my search for a battery that will take the abuse of a winch, a snow plow, lights on, starting shutting off, re starting, etc…, I spoke to several mechanics and now to add to my total frustration in quality durable battery procurement, I was told that Gel pack batteries are a great option but they don’t take battery minders or trickle charging. I was told if you have one of those and don’t drive it "at least every couple of days" you have to put it in a "real" charger.
SO, once again, anybody got an answer to my
2005 POALRIS SPORTSMAN 800EFI BATTERY NEEDS?
Oh, I could not find an Oddysy or Optima or a TruGel for it.
So my bike is a few hours off of its first oil change and I’m not sure which Polaris oil change kit to buy. When I goto the Polaris site it says the one for the 850 sportsman is no the correct one for my 850 highlifter. I was just hoping someone could tell me which one to buy. Or if there is better oil and filters than the Polaris stuff what would that be?
Help, I bought a 2012 Foreman that has a 2 inch lift on it. I’d like to remove the lift and return it to stock. My question is when installing the lift do you remove any stock parts, or do you just add the lift parts to the shock mounts? Could there be any stock parts missing?
hi new here I have been having a starting problem with my 2006 outlander 800. I changed the battery and jump the coil and it turns over but weak. when I try the green start button with ignition on it just clicks and nothing. the lights come on and everything but won t start. I tried the winch and same clicking (dead battery sound) the fuses appear o k in front and connections on battery are clean and the coil too. The starter I don t know how to get to it yet and should check the connections but when I jump the coil it does turn over weak. any ideas , thanks
