If so, what bulb part number, and from where? Preferably Walmart or Amazon or another online source. Fairly inexpensive if possible. Thank you so much!

I have disassembled the Keihin carb and placed a new jet kit in the unit according to the factory service manual (Ebay). I can only get the bike to run with 50% choke and it pops every once in a while. Took the carb off, had the local Honda dealer ultrasonically clean the carb body, reassembled it and now anything under 25% choke kills the bike (still pops randomly). Turning the main idle screw (in or out) does not appear to have any effect on the RPM or how the engine runs. New spark plug, checked the valve clearance, fresh 100% mid-grade (non ethanol). I feel that the carb passages are still dirty but I can’t find an exploded view to know what I’m doing if I get the wire cleaning "probes". I also noted in the manual that a plug is used on the carb post the contains the starter jet. I placed a plug in it.
Am I correct that the carb needs more cleaning? I know someone with an ultrasonic cleaner (that i can borrow) so I won’t need to pay for it if I need some more time in the ultrasonic cleaner…
I am not going to be happy until it has that legendary Honda leap to life start and steady solid idle that you know will go on forever.
Thank you in advance for your help. Gonna read more carb post now…

I drained the front hub changed the fluid
also did an oil change ..
I drained the tranny fluid and according to the manual i downloaded it took 32 oz Well i couldnt get 32 in it i could only get 22oz and i stuck a Q-tip down in the hole and it showed about a half inch on it , 25 oz would be over flowing out the hole , i even drained it and re did it same results according to the instructions from the threads to the bottom where the oil should be is 1 5/8 from the top , I should have measured what i took out but figured what if it was low cant win LOL anyone who has some experience give me a shoot please just so i know im not gona burn the trans up ..
Also put a new pull cord assembly just in case .
I put in a new temp light , and im gona get the steel water pump propeller for safe measures ..
Put new inner tie rod and outer tie rod , probably gona do the others as well since they still have a little play the other ones where so bad i didnt notice the other one has a little play …
Moving forward im probably going to change the chain and sprockets , and try and get a good tire for when winter comes as this will be most of the time it will be ridden so if anyone has tire they like for the snow give me a buzz and i can check it out ,
Still have to take at look at the drive belt most likely change that also
The front rims are aluminum might grab a set for the back also since it has the steel ..
One thing at a time of course ..
Anyways thats whats been going on with mine dont know much about these first one i ever had so will be leaning on the pros for some advice im sure, Thanks for having me here !

It worked out real well. The new wheels are STI HD6 rated to 1000 lbs and lifetime warranty. The new tires are Kenda Bear Claw HTR’s which I like on my Renegade 500. I sold the old tires and wheels for $575 and bought the new set for $700 delivered.
A petty thing I like about Kendra’s vs Maxxis is Kendra’s label is in relatively fine print compared to the huge MAXXIS stamped on Maxxis Big Horns.
