4wd lock out override

Hey there… not sure how to word this….. Plowing last night had it in 4wd, and went over some snow rather slow.. and as soon as I stopped (and sank) I was stuck… now the reason I stopped was the back wheels started to spin, front grabbed and just sank the front end… I am figuring that if the front was pulling just as hard as the rear was pushing, I would not of gotten stuck…. now my question… is there a way to over ride (modify) the front wheels from free wheeling till the rears start to spin… as soon as you put in the 4wd, the fronts pull just has hard as the rears???

I can already tell their will be people that argue against this… and I understand, is just a thought. And their are some people that would say if you hammered through, you would not of gotten stuck…. let me just say, you were not there, no room to hammer through.. sometimes you need to go slow…. yes, yes there is that time… if you feel that hammering full throttle is the way to go, and want to stress this to everyone… please press the back button, and do not respond.. I have a serious question and would like to know if anyone had thought of this and have a decent conversation.
