ZBroz Exits Ordered!

Well, after months and months of research, deliberation, and changing my mind about 100 times I finally pulled the trigger and ordered some new Exit shocks.

Over the next few weeks, or months (depending on the old man winter in the Northeast), I will either update this thread or start a series of new threads to chronicle the journey, from time of order, install , and full review after the first ride.

My hope is that this will help anyone in the same position I was in – knowing that a shock upgrade was desperately needed, but unsure of which direction to go, especially since it is a rather large $$ investment. So now on to part one…

All of my riding is in New Hampshire, on a trail system called Ride the Wilds – about 1000+ miles of various trails, ranging from slow and technical to wide open higher speed logging roads. My average speed is somewhere around 25 mph, and I managed to put on about 1400 miles this past year.

My rig is a 2014 base 570. Driver weight with passenger is up to 450lbs, and have a variety of accessories, and in addition have a rear spare tire and carry about 175-200 lbs of gear. Currently I have SATV springs on stock shocks. I tried disconnecting both sway bars and absolutely loved the ride, but needed serious therapy after experiencing some of the associated sway.

I researched the big three – ZBroz, Bandit, and Fox, as well as the Progressive 425 line – Thank you all for your patience in answering my questions and emails!

In the end, yesterday I made the decision to jump in and never look back and purchase Exits. This was based on a number of factors with some of the most critical being that they are custom built to order to fit your needs, and they truly have a No sway bar build for their shocks.

Just before I ordered, I emailed Nate at ZBroz with another set of questions. Within 20 minutes I had a response. What stuck with me the most though was the final line of his email, "I know we can make you happy and earn your business." There is something to be said for that!

I post up some some pics and continue the review process one they arrive.

Happy riding, and Happy New Year!!
