It is my first year of xc racing, I have ran 9 races so far and still can’t get rid of the famous arm pump, the day after a race everything from my neck down is sore you’d think after racing so many times it would fade lol. I have changed my bars multiple times, the position of my bars, tire pressure and even adding a CCP stabilizer. I’m on a pretty tight budget and don’t have much down time to go practice. What do you guys think would be the next best investment to help… Flexx bars, revalve my stock suspension or maybe +2 steering stem. I’m 5’9 190. Or maybe just my riding style?
