Working on the cab, real glass front and rear. Interior trim too.

I’m trying to get ready for the long winters up here. I have installed the compact underhood heater from MotoAlliance. The tracks will be going on here within the month. I looked for a real rear glass panel, but didn’t find one. I had read through threads on here of having glass shops custom cut and glue in laminate glass, so that’s what I decided to do. I started by building and welding in a frame front and rear.

Then I took it to my local Speedy Glass, they cut and glued in the laminate glass.

I had them cut a hole in the front laminate glass so I could mount the manual wiper.

I then wanted to finish it off by adding some insulation and Marine grade carpet. Door panels, headliner, and behind the seat panel.

So the glass installed was $350, the frame was $40 in materials, then another $40 for the foam board, carpet, and misc supplies. I hope to get the Polaris upper door panels soon. My additions cab additions are permanent, but I’m pleased with them. Any other ideas or comments? Thanks.
