I have a 2015 can am outlander xmr 1000 . The rear drive shaft and seal has came out of the rear differential and I had to get pull by a rzr home, I figured it would be covered under warranty seeing how it is part of the drive train! So I loaded it up and took it to the dealer . "Mountain Motorsports"..
I got the 3 year extended warranty and also a 3 year ssrvice package when I bought the machine April of last year!!
They tore it down and sent pics to brp and explain to them what was happening. Either the seals was bad and let water in! Or he said that it has been rode low or no diff fluid cause the differential to fail!! . BRP is now saying it was my fault and that they will not cover it.
I have had all my services done by the dealer so if it was low fluid or no fluid that would be on them not me right?

It has the factory seals in the rear differential! So if the seals is leaking then that shouldn’t me on me either right??
I just can’t see how I am at fault on this! And now I’m not sure what to do.
I can do the work myself but if I have a warranty that I PAID $3 grand for already I would like to use it on something that was not my fault in the first place.
Plus price for new diff and parts is around $1300!
I’m not sure what to do now. Should I seek a lawyer and try to atleast get my money back from the warranty! Or is there really anything else I can do??
