Very dissapointed in Fullerton Sand Sports…

Placed a order for my elkas in the beginning of April for some elkas for my 800s, was told 4 weeks and I should have them. And after about 6 weeks getting the run around I decided to cancel my order. So while canceling my order with Dave he tell me if I ever need any rims or tires to give him a call. So trying to turn a different leaf I decide to order some rims. This was a Monday and he said he would subtract the rims from my refund and send me the balance and I requested a emailed invoice so I’ll have some record. And all is good I think…never received a email; Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday… Or even my refund back. So I emailed him again Thursday to see what the problem is and supposedly the rims weren’t even in stock at the time I ordered them but came in late Wednesday…so why wasn’t I informed when ordering that the rims weren’t in stock after canceling my previous order for waiting too long? He said they would ship Thursday and he would process my refund when the order shipped? Which makes no sense to me…so yesterday I’m expecting a email from fss about my rims shipping, a refund, or anything…but still received nothing. And now I know I won’t hear back till Tuesday since it’s a holiday weekend…I don’t know that their problem is but Dave seemed very helpful on the phone yet when we hung up nothing would happen that was promised. And I was really looking forward to doing business with them since they have such a great track record, but I am completely dissatisfied and astounded at fullertons course of business.
