1) Is the "Valve Adjusting Wrench 07908-323000" necessary? Or can the actual valve adjustment be done with a box wrench and screwdriver, as usual? It looks like a tight fit, just wondering how others have done this.
2) "Rotate crankshaft clockwise". HaHa! Is this viewing from the rear, or from the front? I assume it is viewing from the rear, or where some wrench attaches to the crankshaft.
3) Should I really replace all those O-rings?

I am planning to replace the washer for the oil drain plug. My guess, based on the sounds of the engine, is that the valves will probably be in spec when I actually get down to them.
