I’ve been looking at some tires that are more traditionally for UTV’s. I ride trails, rocks, fire roads and light mud (and hopefully some light to moderate snow if it ever comes down here in NY this year!)
Anyway, for some reason, "directional" tires are not aesthetically appealing to me. I really like the look of non-directional tread patterns. The tires I am drawn to include some of the following:
ITP Blackwater Evos
CST Clinchers
CST Behemoths
STI Rocktanes
This is for a 2016 Kodiak 700. I want to keep the stock tire size of 25×8-12 and 25×10-12 because I don’t want to make the quad any wider.
The Blackwaters are my favorite, but they only come wider, in 25×9-12 and 25×11-12 otherwise I would get them for sure.
But I guess the main purpose of this question to you all is that since these are primarily designed for UTVs do you think that would be a problem?
