Just picked up a mid 90’s trail boss 250. Starts 1st pull but I noticed when I go to out in gear it makes a cringe worthy grind. The idle seems OK but could possibly be slightly high causing this? Any suggestions on how to fix?

Also, curious if anyone knows where I can download a PDF repair manual for it?
