Throttle stop set screw

Hey Guys, 2005 Sportsman 800 here

Been chasing an annoying issue with my idle/throttle cable.

Problem:
-Idle changes with the bars being turned.
-Zero play at the thumb throttle, if adjusted within spec, bike does not idle.
-ETC is not the problem.
-Cable is routed correct and moves freely (cleaned and lubed)

My assumption is:

-My throttle cable is adjusted too tight to compensate, opening the throttle body and acting as an idle screw.
-Loosing that play causes the idle to raise and lower with the movement of the bars.
-My throttle stop set screw isn’t adjusted properly making it useless. Now the bike is idling off of the throttle cable setting.

I can only find references to the "Air Flow" screw in the Service Manual. Is that the same as the Throttle stop set screw as it also makes mention of this screw in the diagnostic section? I feel like it isn’t and don’t want to mess with the Air Flow screw as it’s tied into the TPS.

Thanks for any input!
