SSV Respect

I had recently slowed way down from my prior travels across the globe due job loss resulting in a great deal of time that I had not been used to in the last 10 years. What better way to bounce back than to enjoy the family and ride it out RZR style. Sadly my near mint desert tan edition had set for near a years time allowing for voltage drop on the battery to set the overhead panel in a fault/protected mode. Being the self proclaimed DIYer and "The Smartest Facking Guy You Know" type… I set out to repair the issue myself. After several days of scouring the Internet… I took action on the unit. Panel in pieces, head in hands, to a face slap revelation to visit dem’ boys at the RZR forum. I then contacted SSV directly and Joe with customer service handled the call. Not only was my gear out of warranty, but I had no doubt violated the equipment in my endeavor to persevere over the situation. That said SSV crew took care of my idiocracy by fixing the unit at no charge. Thanks to Joe and the SSV team that goes the extra mile for their customers. I will never buy anything but SSV products!
