I have been a Grizzly site stalker for many years and have used NUMEROUS of your ideas and solutions… My folks have used Grizzlys as farm transportation and as work horses truly have never been let down by them.

As i was in the Army for only a few decades and until the recent past 4 years have owned a 2003 Grizzly that i brought back to life by replacing bearings, seals, cables, valve job, A-Arm Bushings, hub bushings, 1.65 mm shim, purple secondary spring, failed attempt at rebuilding a rear diff which lead to replacement, removed the dreaded outlaws with off brand bighorns and did the led headlight conversion.

She was a great ride for many years that never let me down on the trail and even showed up a few Can-Ams… until one trip to the HMTs when she all of a sudden just started puking during acceleration and could not get her set right (which was a long story of comical and non comical errors on my part). I have never been a carb guy and i let her go to another home that could deal with this issue.

So bottomline is i have been in the market for a 2016  with the hopes that it isnt a pipe dream as my "framily" and I have a NH trip coming early June. I have already purchased a purple secondary, shims, front and rear heavy duty bumpers, heat displacement tape for center holding area, and i am currently on the fence with tires clinchers, roctane, or mongrels.
