Snorkled Rancher ES 420 Fuel Injected Hydrolocked won’t start

We have a White and a Red Snorkled Rancher ES Fuel Injected 420’s we take riding on a river often. The other day, according to waterdata.usgs.gov, they raised the flowrate to 8x the average and it came up bank to bank while we were trying to ride back. The islands started disappearing and the channels became 100+ yards long with water up pass the seat but not quite up to the handle bars. The Ranchers slowly leak water into the airbox when up pass the seat so they couldn’t quite make it.

The white rancher hydrolocked first. We hooked it up to the red rancher and towed it for another 10 yards before the red one also hydrolocked. We eventually got it onto an area only a few inches deep and were able to take off the plastic and pull spark plugs and drain the water. The white rancher fired right off after. The red never did start. Even after getting it on a bank and pulling it while in 3rd gear it will not start. The plug has spark but it’s not getting fuel.

When we got back home, after sitting on a bouncing trailer for an hour, it ran for ~30 seconds or so but eventually died and will not start again. Not sure how to look at error codes but it doesn’t seem to be flashing anything. It’s something with the fuel injection. Before I start replacing parts here does anyone have any idea what might be wrong?
