I am looking for some advice. The problem I am having is at speeds of around 95-100 kph, under 3/4 to full throttle, the engine hits rev limiter and it feels like it is slipping. It will grab momentarily and slip again. The bike still has power to lift front skyward at lower speeds. Can not get speed much above 100 kph

What I have done so far with no improvement is replace the secondary spring with new OEM and installed new bolt. The helix is in great shape(replaced 5000 km ago). Installed a new Maverick belt. I removed the primary and cleaned it and greased the one-way. I replaced the spider roughly 5000kms ago and added Dalton steel rollers. I did notice the arms were ridged on the back.

Should I replace the arms? Would that cause the issue I am having?

Is there some thing outside of the clutches I should be considering?
