Simple Question about a Carburetor Part?? Can Someone Help?? 2000 Rancher

Here are two pics to help with the question.

Basically I think Im missing a set screw or possibly "Pilot Screw"?

Its a 2000 Rancher TRX350TE. Can Someone Tell Me if Im right?

Also, this rebuilt kit on EBAY will be what I need correct?
