Have had a very good experience with SuperATV lately. Back in June of 2014 I purchased the power steering kit for my Sportsman 700. As I don’t do a lot of riding these days, I didn’t really get to test it until deer hunting in November 2014. Towards the end of the hunt, the power steering seemed to be acting up so I disconnected the speed sensor wire and it "seemed" to be ok. Fast forward to May 2015 and a mud ride confirmed something was wrong and it still seemed to be going into a reduced power mode. To make a long story short, I got in touch with SuperATV and worked with Darren. I have got to say, at no point did I every think that they did not have customer satisfaction front and center. Together we did some trouble shooting over a few months but they always made me feel that they would stand behind there product. After this years deer hunt and still having problems, Darren basically said that the best way to fix it was to replace the whole thing and they sent me an entire new kit.

Big shout out to Darren in customer service and SuperATV in general. Will I buy from them again, absolutely. Do I recommend them to my family and friends, absolutely. Not very often I have this pleasant of an experience with a vendor when things aren’t right. Thanks SuperATV.. 🙂
