Should I Replace the Throttle Choke Sensor?

Hi Everyone,

Newbie here…

I have an 04 Foreman Rubicon TRX 500 that has sat for a couple of years. After flushing the gas tank and lines, replacing the petcock, cleaning carb and jets, and putting back together, the only way I can throttle up or idle is with the choke fully engaged.

Is this a sign that the sensor is faulty–or what?

Thanks for ANY info!!
