Shifting problems after installing EPI Mud Clutch.

Installed EPI Mud Clutch Kit in 2015 1000 XT Commander. White spring in primary and provided weights. Red spring in secondary.

Got great pulling/mud bog performance as hoped for with out burning up the belt. However, from the beginning shifting between gears was difficult; had to stop, shut off engine, before shifting between gears.

After a 200 mile moose hunt in Alaskan terrain it will hardly shit at all under any conditions. I had hoped that the new belt, kit would break in and get better shifting. It only got worse. Getting out of reverse is almost impossible. Seems the clutch is not releasing tension on the belt and therefore keeps tension on the transmission not allowing enough slack in the gears so they can release.

Any suggestions on a fix? I am headed to take it all apart again. An option would be to put it back stock, I really do not want to go back to being stuck an toasting belts. I called EPI technical support, the guy had not a clue.
