Is there anyone good with working with photos? This came from the home security camera of a very close friend of mine. This a screen shot of the video. Can anyone enhance thus photo to get details of the photo? Or recognize year make or model of the van?

They pulled up to the driveway got out and vandalized my friends corvette. I will post picture, and try to link video.
