Secondary Clutch Fell Apart

Was out riding with a group of friends last weekend at HMT.

After coming down a long hill, one of the guys said his 570 didn’t seem right.

I took a quick look and figured it was a belt/clutch issue.

We towed him back to camp, opened it up, and found the outer sheave from the secondary clutch had unscrewed completely.

The threads in the sheave were damaged. The threads on the clutch were still ok.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Is there any info around showing the proper way to reassemble this should it happen again (or to me)? It seems this should not come apart.
