Rzr 800 How crazy to go.

My rzr was breaking up and running with very low power this past weekend; on my way back to the parking lot it just stopped. If I try to spin it over it just clicks one time. I assume it is seized in some capacity. I have been doing a lot of research and am torn on how much to spend on my 800. I am torn between going crazy with 900cc Stage 3 Big Bore Kit for 08-10 RZR/RZR-S or going the cheap route which has been recommended to me which is the 850 cylinder Hot rods pinned and welded crank and a rzr s cam. I was told the horsepower difference in the valve train work is negligible. Thoughts?
