Looking into a basic foot shift Rancher, the $6,299 MSRP model

There is a local dealer. What would a fair price be? On a 2017, and say on a 2016?

What fees are customary and expected (i.e you have to pay tax) and what are "rip-off" fees?

Are there standard fees everyone will charge (like a Honda standard destination fee?) and what are shady dealers add ons (like a $600 "dealer prep and doc" fee?)

This would be Western North Carolina
