My worst so far was over Halloween 2015 when my son and I decided to go for a quick long ride. He followed me in his quad and we made it from washes to Olds to Brawley slide. For some reason lost the nut and bolt holding radius rod and we thought we were F’d cause we were returning from the Slide. Glad my son backtracked and found the damn bolt and nut laying on top of the sand. If not we would have had a hell of a time leaving one person back while the other went back to camp to find a fix. Lucky I always have my hand held GPS and would have been fine eventually. There has to be some horror stories of you guys or saw someone break down DEEP in the dunes. How’d you make it out?
