So I think I have this multimeter thing sorted out, please correct me if I’m wrong:
– Red lead plugged into "20A" (seems everything online is 10A, but mine doesn’t have it… only 20A or just A… Go PowerFist)
– Black lead into COM.
– Dial set to DCA, 20.
It shows 0.33 which I presume means 0.33 amps, or 333 milli-amp?

Quad is a 2001 Honda fourtrax/rancher 350 ES, from what I’ve read it shouldn’t be drawing much more that 5 milli-amp for the clock with ignition off.
When I pull the "motor" fuse, the draw vanishes zero.
I don’t know if this is relevant, but about 2 months back the engine fuse blew, but no issues since.
Smart guy I am I blew my multimeter fuse messing around, so I can’t test any further until tomorrow.
Thoughts on what may be the cause of my draw or how I may test it once I sort my meter?
