I recently got my 1996 Polaris 400L AtV up and running. It has been in storage for some time. The other day, the "overheat" light came on, so I removed the front rack and cowling to get at the radiator (assuming the coolant must be low). I was surprised when I opened the cap, that it was full, so figured that the thermostat must be stuck, so I ordered a new one ($40) and replaced it. Today while driving it the light came back on again. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.
