Overheating help!

I got a friend rzr 800, and its overheating. Here is the history. She got it on eBay and shipped to her. It’s a 2012 s. It had a eBay aftermarket radiator, it’s thicker and taller than factory radiator. She took it to a Polaris dealer and they charged her $400 and told her they couldn’t find out why it’s overheating, so I told her to bring it over and I would have a look, the radiator is not plugged with dirt, I installed and new water pump because it was cheap, changed the thermostat, cooling system looks clean, I parked it on a very steep incline and bled it at the thermostat housing, and ran it on the incline and kept adding coolant from the top of radiator the small 3/8" size hose on the right corner and kept the cap on, because it is high than the cap on this aftermarket radiator, also the fan dose not fit the radiator like the factory radiator it leave gaps around all of it. If you let it idle it will keep rising up past 222, if I rev it up it will start dropping until it get around 204-206 degrees. And then start goin back up. I have left it parked on the steep incline for 2 days now and I got a little air out of the radiator and it’s complete full. Do you think it’s the radiator? It’s larger than stock but the fan doesn’t seal up close to it. Or do u think its a motor issue? It runs great. Please help
