Outlander 500L Hard to start, recurring issues.

2015 Outlander 500L, hard to start, sometimes takes 2-3-4 starter press of 5-6 seconds to get going. Then it sort of sputters to life. Not a "crisp start" like my 650 where it turns over once and goes into a nice steady idle right away. It’s always been harder to start since I picked it up(used with 1300kms) in October but got worst. When I picked it up I had chalked it to been sitting for a few months with older gas(bought from an estate sale).

It was starting "okayish"(2nd starter hit) when I picked it up Friday from the dealer again, unloaded from the truck and rode around fine for the afternoon. This afternoon(Satursay), I opened the garage door(unheated) and pushed it outside, stayed there for 30 minutes while I was snowblowing.

I have a very good dealer, they even picked up the machine twice from my place. They are trying to fix it but they are now out of options and wondering what to do when I bring it back Monday after work.

What they have done so far in 3 visits… It’s all under warranty and i’m just out 50$ for the deductible but it’s a PITA not having a reliable machine.

-Swapping with a known good one for testing.
-Changed sparkplugs
-Replace crank position sensor(they mention something had "rubbed" on it?).
-Purged, checked and pressure test fuel system(pump, line injectors)
-Checked fuel filter
-Stator charges ok
-No software updates needed
-Check valves
-Did a leakdown test
-Checked a bunch of wiring.

Anyone got another idea? Short of replacing the motor and ECM. Weak coils? Starter not strong enough? I really want them to fix it… And they dont want to see me coming back again 🙁 My wife is getting pissed… she likes her ATV and wants to ride… i’m getting the short end of her humor until it’s fixed :th_smiliefrustrated
