Wanted to share how I generally keep up with service, specifically tractors, generators, boats, etc. I typically mark up the last service on many components (oil filters, air filters, radiator, etc.) on my equipment with a Sharpie. Personally, I find it very handy because during use, I can quickly see the last time the unit was serviced relative to engine hours.
